Our model can be flexible and best described as a Performance Plus+. After determining your target client acquisition objective, typically known as a CPA (Cost per acquisition), CPO (Cost per order), CPL (Cost per lead), CPV (Cost per view) we will work with you to secure this metric with the best possible inventory and will work closely with the publishers to achieve it. In addition to media planning, we remit payments to your publishers to ensure the stream of traffic/media remain in place to build the proper audience/customer base. In consideration for media planning and funding, our model calls for a premium (Performance Plus+) to be determined in advance. Typically the premium payout calls for a slightly longer ROI. However, based on the select publisher network our Performance Plus+ model more than merits the price increase.
You continue to send invoices to your customers like normal. We’ll advance you on those invoices, usually within 24 hours – No need to wait to get paid for 30, 60 or 90+ days. Advance rates vary from 80% to 90%+ depending on the industry.
Once your customers pay their invoices, we rebate the remaining money to you, less our fee. Fees vary by industry and other risk factors, but typically run 1.75%-2.5% per 30 days. While not cheap, it is about the cost of accepting payment via credit card assuming a 45 day aging – and it is much less expensive than having to give away equity to raise capital.
